The new look website was launched in January 2011 and has proved to be very popular with members due to the enhanced and comprehensive range of information about the Trust and your benefits as a member.
If you have not yet registered, I strongly recommend that you do so; simply click on the registration link on the right-hand side of the page to get started. By completing the registration and login process you will be given access to view and make amendments to your personal data, as well as being able to calculate and manage your own pension benefits, such as retirement estimates, or to find out what you can expect to receive in your next pension payment. A library of general information about the Trust and the benefits it provides to its members is also included.
There are also details about how to contact the administration team, who will be pleased to assist you if you have any questions about your individual pension benefits, or if you need general information about the Trust or about how to use the website.
In September 2011 we contacted all members who have registered to gather their views on the registration process, ease of use, content and the online tools available. The response rate was very high, so thank you to all of you who took the time to reply. The general consensus is that the website is very useful and it enhances the service that is provided, but that there are some areas for improvement. We are reviewing these suggestions and will be addressing them, where appropriate, during the next phase of development. The website is no different to our other communications; we welcome feedback and seek to make continual improvements.
Amongst the recent additions to the Scheme Documents section of the website are the August 2012 Newsletter and the full Reports and Financial Statements for the Trust to 31 March 2012.
For those of you without login details, a link to the article can be found here, and as mentioned before I would recommend that you register to receive the full range of information and tools available.
As always, we welcome any comments or suggestions you may have, so don’t hesitate to get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
